Great results so far, and the amazing thing is this…
We only met 1 week ago and we only talked about 4 or 5 very basic things that she needed to do…
*No fad diet or juice fasts
*A few supplements but not loads and loads
*Getting enough protein (it’s more than you think)
*Healthy fats (fat doesn’t always make you fat)
*The right TYPE of carbs and WHEN to eat them (not all carbs are bad)
*Getting breakfast right (this is HUGE in terms of weight loss)
*Eating snacks through the day (should you or shouldn’t you?)
*Hydrating (what with? Is coffee bad for you? Should you just drink plain water?)
Not rocket science!! Eh?
We didn’t even really talk about exercise!
So I’ll be looking forward to catch up with her and really start to improve her diet for truly incredible results in the next couple of weeks.
