Boxing
Sprints
Work hard, rest, repeat
4- Get plenty of rest and relaxation
Work hard – rest hard
Stress will destroy all your fitness hard work and
Of course…
Will lead to comfort eating

SLEEP
5- Invest in HELP and GUIDANCE
(this is CLEARLY where I ‘pitch, god I’m SOOOO predictable)
